At first she thought there were no changes to the photo but she noticed some things were different. For one there was a bow in Rick's hair and his white onsie was a light pink (looked whitish).

In a flash his hair had a bow and the onsie was pink. Even the pacifier next to him with pink.
"I wonder:....said Emily who undid the onsie and checked in the diaper. "Yep, this time the camera made you a girl"
Rick then began to sniffle again as he manhood was now gone and he was now a girl.
