walking past people some of them just couldn't stop looking at you with so you snapped and now the npc's basically just ignored the gauntlet and went back to their routine as nothing had severely changed yet with time having rewound.
In front of a fashion store a white and black girl were bickering with each other about a dress. More friendly banter, but you were curious and snapped your finger. The melanin from the black girl was just being drained out of her as her brown curly hair was straightening and lightening to blond as the essence of blackness flowed into the white girl who was taking on the lost traits. The new white girl said "The fuck, now i'm a white bitch!"
The new black girl said "White bitch, is that what you thought a me nigga?"
"I can't just believe you said that! How racist!"
"How? I'm the black girl now, that means it's perfectly fine for me to say it right?" The two girl continued to bicker but were slightly concerned that they had indeed just swapped races.
crossing the street you noticed a little girl helping an older lady cross the street. Thinking that was nice you lifted your index finger upwards and middle finger downwards and closed them together and the girl went through her growth spurts as she grew into a fine busty lady of 35, and the older lady regained a lot of her youth. Looking at them though it was a wedding where the bride wore the tux and the groom decided to wear the dress kind of as a joke, or maybe because the woman was more dominate. The lady said "I Do." A little softer snap and the lady started to bulk up as the pants allowed a little more up front as they started bulging and the sleeves got a big bigger as her arms bulked up. Meanwhile the ill-fitting dress started to fit better as the groom shrunk into it, as her face got cuter the curves of her figure started forming with the dress. Then as her groin started to vanish her chest started filling out, and was just a little larger than the chest area of her chest making her breasts seem almost ready to spill out.
The groom was tearing up as for him being up on stage in front of so many people who he knew personally was hard enough. having gone through the vows and trying to not screw up anything was really hard on him as well. Now as he was turned into a girl and her bride turned into a guy the pressure was getting to her as she started to just tear up under pressure as tears started to flow.
The once bride held his partner and said "There there. This couldn't have been foreseen. Everything's fine." as mutterings from the crowd started occurring.

The priest utterly confused and deciding he needed to do a lot more praying as god seems to be taking a more active approach in the world now said "Well then I pronounce you two man and wife." The couple then kissed and the crowd cheered although some of them were still confused about what was going on."
You exited the room and then chuckled. Now you were thinking about what to do now. Transform some more people? Change the world or rule it? maybe go back to some of the people he changed?
