Kitty was breathing heavily, barely keeping herself under control. "I'm not sure... I feel like this has to be some kind of elaborate test... I still can't believe it."
Skyla nodded. "You have every right to be angry right now... If you want, you can take a break, I just thought you had the right to know."
"Could I be allowed to... Just forget?" Kitty asked.
Skyla eyed her, looking a little concerned, and sighed. "If that's what you really want... But I don't think now is the time... This would be a major decision."
"Of course," Kitty said.
Pam drew attention back to herself with a whistle. "So now that's sorted... Why do we need to know all this?"
"We're planning to do our best to restore as much of everyone's minds as possible by making them aware of the changes, then Curt will encourage them to try to be more like their original self," Skyla said, "Its just that, we don't know how many of those affected by the spree have almost lost their minds, outside of the school of course... We need people who know what they're sorting for to sort them out. I also imagine that those less affected seeing what could have happened to them could freak out worse than I did when I found out... More over, we need security in the know in order to properly protect all these secrets to begin with."
"That sounds like a long road in order to save a bunch of people's minds... Curt's really a saint isn't he?" Pam said.
Skyla shrugged. "Maybe..."
The group sat around taking it all in, save for Kitty who still stood.
"Alright then... Let's get to work," Pam said.
