A young lady who looked like she was about 18, with pale skin and short black hair, wearing a reddish-black halter top and black pants underneath a long leather coat, stepped through the crowd and saw the baby Dustin crying. She sensed Ty's power. She looked down at the red circular pendant she was wearing, and then hearing Dustin's cries she shouted angrily at the taunting Ty, "Hey, stop harassing that kid, nimrod! Who do you think you are??!" Ty looked at this fierce looking girl while the crowd was shocked at her boldness. "So you think you're tough don't you little girl?" Ty balked.
"Little girl? The only little girl I see here is the one hurting that infant (pointing to baby Dustin)." the young lady replied sternly. Ty decided to teach her a lesson and said "If you want to act like a little girl, than you should be one!" The crowd gasped as the young lady stood her ground. "Oh really?" she said. Ty was trying to use his "mind's eye" to regress this young lady, but found it impossible!? "What's going on?!" Ty exclaimed. The young lady's hands began to glow blue and she shot a beam of light at Ty which enveloped him, suspending him in mid-air!! "I betcha didn't know what I am? My name's Wanda, and I know a thing or two about the Arcane Arts. And I don't take trash from little abusers like you, you wannabe witch-boy." Wanda replied mockingly. Ty felt his power being sapped! Like his power was waning! Wanda dropped him from her mystic hold. Ty's weakened body hit the ground with a loud THUD! "What did you do to me you witch-bitch?!" Ty growled. Wanda walked over to the now intrigued baby Dustin. "Revert!" she yelled pointing to the baby. Dustin felt himself growing feeling as if he had just been hit in the stomach he could see his baby hands starting to harden and grow hair on the back and on his arms. Wanda quickly threw her long leather coat over the now teenage Dustin who was shivering from the force of her spell. "Thank you! Thanks a bunch...Wanda" Dustin told Wanda with tears in his eyes. He felt his hair on his head and felt like his tough old self. "Yyou're welcome." Wanda replied noting his attractiveness now that he wa closer to her age. "Now for that clod of a brother of yours, Ty, hmm" she said.
The crowd was in awe at this girl's amazing powers. Dustin looked at Ty a little fearfully, "Please Wanda don't let him shrink me or hurt me again, I know I was mean to him I learned my lesson." Dustin said. Wanda chuckled, "His powers won't recover for about another 12 hours, I'd be surprised if he could even change a Pepsi into a Coke, HA!" Ty sobbed,"How could this have happened I was the most powerful person on the planet and now, powerless?!?" "Well ya know what they say pride goeth before the fall, Ty boy" Wanda laughed. "Not that I'm proud." Dustin noted Wanda's beauty as he looked at her, "You know, you're really pretty." Wanda blushed. "Thanks Dustin, I think I can up your age a bit if you want to be the same age as me, but first things first.." Wanda said looking at powerless Ty. "Here goes: You who would abuse your power may it now be used but with lessened strength." POOF Ty's power would never be the all controlling force it once was, he could no longer use his power for personal gain.
"Come on let's get you some clothes" Wanda told Dustin. "How about a date, too?" Dustin asked timidly. "We will see" Wanda remarked coyly. Dustin rode with Wanda as she drove him home in her Corvette. The crowd had now dispersed leaving the foolish, semi-impotent Ty alone.
