So Ty blundered about with reality and Allen kept quiet on the matter.
The next day Allen went to his Uncle Ernie's Variety Store
for his first day of work and as he was
stacking the newspapers in their racks he was shocked by the headlines
of the local community
"Six Girls Mysteriously Vanish on Schoolgrounds"
Allen knew its couldn't be a coincidence
but kept his mouth shut and didn't report
what Ty had done to the Police
Then the next day the local newspaper said two more schoolgirls had vanished
overnight
so Allen after closing the Variety Store he walked in the direction
of Ty's parents house.
The Fire Department and the Police were already there
having just finished putting out the blazing fire that had
destroyed the house.
Allen slowly made his way through the shocked crowds till he came to the huddled stooped
figures of
Peter Chu,Dustin and Ty and Dustins
mom and dad.
Of Ty there was no sign.
All Dustin kept saying was "Marcie" over and over again
which sent chills down
