In the photo was just a baby version of Cameron with only a diaper on and sucking on a pacifier with Marco and James nowhere to be seen. In a flash Cameron's room became a nursery for a 1 yr old baby girl with Cameron in her crib where a diaper and sucking on a pacifier like in the photo. But Marco and Jamie's fate was clear. On the pacifier was a cartoon image of James' face on it meaning he was turned into a pacifier. Meanwhile the diaper had cartoon images of Marco on the rim meaning he was turned into a baby.
If Marco had a mind currently he'd be freaking out that once Cameron used the diaper...it would be the worst fate one could possibly endure. Little baby Cameron sucked on the pacifier with the camera on the floor by her crib.
