Falling backwards to his butt Rick sat there looking up at George. Wonders and thoughts of why he did this to him was on his mind. The feeling that of all those in authority were deeming him suddenly as a renigade. He was changing and with the change his own faculties were accepting another way of life.
He wondered what of those he'd known and talked to over the past years and their thoughts to him becoming yet something totally new?
Should he strive for something less radical as if being a bovine might be? Or yet would the powers above wish for him to remain the kicking dog for all their own taking of his work and expanding it calling it theirs?
No he thought to himself I want more than to be some mooing bovine eating myself to a doom at the slaughterhouse!
Easy it was at that moment to look back on all he'd done and all he'd said, written. Rick was having second thoughts about where he had gotten himself but knew not how to change the outcome. Indeed he was trapped by those who led him thus far. He was sitting there feeling his human body become something it was not supposed to be and he liked it!
George stood by seeing the mind of the changing human work over and over those things he too thought about when first he began to change.
Now Rick was seeing life from a far changed and different perspective. A sharp pain in his ass was from a sprouting tail and not part of those who'd wish him gone from the face of the earth. itching his hair growing skin he was kept busy from thinking too much on his life ahead but worked on what he felt right there and then.
Shoes getting tighter meant his feet were growing to become those of a bovine form. His finger felt stiff as he patted his ever quicker changing face.
He chuckled to himself as if this was something he would have begged to have ahppen. yet even as he thought that way his mind twisted back and shed a tear to what he was about to lose.
