"I think I should go back home. Don't want to leave my foster family alone during all this chaos." Ty said out loud, and wishes he was back in his room. He suddenly appears and plops on his bed, looking at his surroundings to see everything still looked normal. The air didn't felt weird either, noting that the pink mist hasn't hit the home yet. Ty made a quick wish to not let any beasts or demons come near his home for now, wanting to see how his family is reacting with the world practically ending outside. Knocking was heard on the other side of the door, followed by the voice of his foster mother.
"Ty? Are you alright?" She asks from the other side of the door.
"Yeah I'm fine." Ty replies back, quietly and quickly putting on some clothes in case she decide to open the door.
"We can't order pizza right now so dinner will be leftovers tonight."
"Okay. Thanks June."
"Please call me mom, Ty." June leaves and goes back downstairs to the kitchen. Ty was shocked that his foster mother said that, being too speechless to reply back in time before she left. This was the first time she had ever acknowledge being a mother to him. Guess all it takes is the world going to hell to get people being nice again, or the opposite in some cases. He takes a moment to look out his bedroom window, examining what the outside was like. The scenario in front of him was truly something from a apocalypse movie, demons and beasts a like roaming around fucking anything that was willing or not. Most mortals caught out in the open were quite enthusiastic with the new order, their darkest and evil sins coming to reality. But for now, his foster family is safe at Ty's will, and that's all that matters right now. Ty decides to experiment and see how nice his foster family will treat him right now, going over to open his door and exit the bedroom.
