There's really no question what your going to wish for. You've been a mythology lover since the very first fairy tale stories you heard as a child. You never really related to the humans in the old legends; you were always more interested in the strange and fantastical creatures and how it must feel to shapeshift, fly, breathe fire, have extra heads, whatever. You scribble dragons and gargoyles and centaurs in your notebooks. You buy video games that let you play as the monster. You still buy werewolf or vampire or troll costumes every Halloween even though you're much too old for trick-or-treat. You're pretty deeply invested into all of this, too. You're that person who tosses money into wishing wells and secretly tries out those silly urban-legend werewolf spells from the Internet. They never work, obviously, but what if one of them did?
Now here is a machine offering to grant you a wish. Do you have some spare some pocket change you can spare to try it out? Sure! If not, would scour your house, your car, your neighbor's house, your friend's car, everywhere for more spare change to try it out? Sure!
