Jake fumbled as he tried to get it up in time to save his family from being short a member and his mother from the change. As he hit the button, however, he noticed he had the camera backwards!
Jake steeled himself as everything turned wavey, the world distorting and bending from the change. He thought to himself, "God, please let me still be human!"
Fortunately for Jake, his prayer was answered, but unfortunately, not in the way he expected. As things settled, a few things became immediately obvious: he was shorter—much shorter, his proportions felt off, his clothing felt off, and the room felt off.
As Jake opened his eyes, his vision was blocked by strands of black that immediately made his stomach drop. He quickly grabbed at his face, feeling it. His eyes were almond-shaped by the feel of it and his hands, he noticed, had the proportions of a small child. His skin seemed yellower, and he was practically bathing in a polkadot dress meant for a child. The pit in his stomach kept getting deeper and deeper, and if he—now she, it seemed—had to guess, he was—
"Yui? What are you doing over there? Come to big sister!"
That confirmed it. He'd become his mom—girlfriend?'s younger sister.
