As Gloria, Katie, and Kellie tried to figure out a way to turn everyone back to their proper ages, Jackie now scanned the room for Ann. Despite becoming younger herself, Jackie was still worried about her age crossed girlfriend. Noticing her Jackie was indeed surprised to see her talking with her mother.
Ann and Hannah appeared to be having a pleasant conversation, one Jackie hoped didn't involve her. As she approached Jackie was surprised to see that Ann was now significantly younger. The two women appeared younger than Lisa, perhaps 27 at most. Jackie was puzzled by this, somehiw the magic had made Ann Lisa's younger sister. Unsure how the two would perceive her Jackie appriached the two 20 somethings cautiously.
Hannah noticed the 13 year old approach and smiled. "Hey sis," she smiled. "Heck of a party you have going on." Jackie paused as she stared dumbsttuck at her 27 uear old mother. The magic had transformed the brunette into her big sister.
"Hey....Hannah," she said awkwardly. "How are you?" Hannah sighed contentedly as she motioned to Ann. "Im having fun," she smiled. "I was just talking with Lisa's sister Ann. Did you know she works for a Fortune 500? She makes more money than I'll probably see in a lifetime."
Ann blushed as she gazed between Jackie and Hannah. "Its not that big a deal really," she said shyly. "I mean I have to work really hard to get ahead. Still, really happy that Lisa invited me here for Glorias birthday. Beats my usual weekend of sitting home alone."
"You got to get out more Ann," Hannah said. "I mean we're only young once."
Jackie narrowed her eyes at hearing that line. "If you only knew mom," she thought in annoyance. Looking between the two she could see that they obviously had no memories of how things were supposed to be. Deciding quickly to talk with Ann she anxiously looked at the woman trying to come up with an excuse to talk with her.
"Um Hannah," she said shyly. "Would it be okay if I talk with Ann for a sec. Kind of want to ask her some questions about her career."
Hannah giggled, ruffling her sisters hair. "Thats my little sis," she grinned. "Always thinking of the future." Jackie forced a grin as she now tried to lead Ann away to talk. When the two were away from Hannah, Jackie gave her a concerned look.
"Ann," she said quietly. "Can...can you tell me if we've ever hung out before."
Ann paused as she gazed at the young teen. "Well we did get to kmow eachother that weekend I came to visit Lisa," she said. "You know, the one where I ended up 12."
Jackie sighed in relief, apparently Ann hadnt completely forgotten about their relationship, it had just changed slightly. "Thank god," Jackie sighed as she leaned into her girlfriend. "I was worried you had forgotten about us."
"Ummm what do you mean," Ann asked, slightly alarmed at the girls actions. Jackie paused as she now nervously looked at the woman. Things appeared to be slightly different than before.
"Ann do we text message," she asked. "Have I ever been to your apartment?"
"I mean we have sent messages back and forth Jackie," Ann said, still slightly confused. "But you've never visited. We're friends but I mean you were only 12 while Im 27."
Jackie felt as if her heart had been ripped out as she sadly looked at the woman. Things had been altered so much that the relationship between the two had been erased. "Ann," she whispered as her wyes began to dampen.
"Hey everything okay sis," Hannah asked as she looked at her sister. Jackie nodded sadly before gazing at her sister/mother. As she was about to say something she noticed a glow emanating off of the two women. Jackies jaw dropped as she noticrd both women beginning to grow younger once more.
Slowly Hannah and Ann's faces began to grow softer and more innocent as yhey regressed through their 20s. As they reached their teenage years Jackir watched as their curves began to melt away. Soon the grown women had returned to high school seniors. Lithe teenage bodies with perky breasts. Oddly the womens clothing had not changes with their bodies meaning their clothes now seemed baggy and unflattering on their youthful bodies.
Still the two women began to grow younger. Jackie watched as Hannah and Ann began to slow decent through high school. Slowly but surely puberty was wiped away from the two girls. High school seniors on the verge of adulthood eroded until to skinny freshmen girls stood before Jackie in very unflattering outfits.
"Stop, stop, stop," Jackie thought nervously as Hannah and Ann became skinny 14 year olds. Hannah appeared to have shrank an inch or so while Ann was now a skinny, shy blond girl. Unfortunately the two continued to grow younger, exiting high school and reliving junior high in reverse.
Jackie watched as the two girls began growing shorter. Ann and Hannah were at first slightly taller than the 13 year old girl. As they raced backwards in age she watched as their heights at first evened out before Jackie found herself looming down at the two. As Hannah and Ann became 12 Jackie watched as Ann almost completely left puberty while Hannah became a short brunette girl with softball sized breasts. As the two became 11 Jackie watched as puberty abandoned the two completely.
Oddly Jackie could see that both girls clothing seemed unchanged from adulthood. Slowly but surely Jackie warched as their pants accordianed around their feet while their hands were swallowed by the cuffs of their blouses. As the regression completed at 10, Jackie watched the girls hands vanish into their sleeves while their pants collapsed around their ankles. Thankfully their shirts descended low enough to preserve thwir modesty and cover their childish bodies. Blinking in confusion the two girls looked up towards Jackie and smiled.
"Thanks for letting me invite a friend over big sis," Hannah grinned. "Me and Annie have never been to a teenage party before."
"Yeah its so cool hanging out with the big kids," Annie said, smiling broadly. Jackie could only blink as she stared dumbfounded at the two 10 year olds. "Ummm no problem."
"Come on Annie lets get some birthday cake," Hannah exclaimed. Ann nodded as the two girls racdd towards the kitchen, leaving their oversized pants and shoes behind. As Jackie watched them she was hit with the image of two girls who looked like their were in the middle of a sleepover, dressed only in nightshirts and overly large socks.
As she watched the two girls, she could feel that reality had changed. Her girlfriend and her mother were now her little sister and her sisters bestfriend. The relationship Jackie had with Ann was but a memory. If they didn't fix this soon Jackie now worried that her reality would now include a little sister whose best friend Jackie would never be able to have.
