With things moving into the endgame for the beginning of Spookyville, the only things that were being done were the final touches to the new and established events.

"I hope I'm not going back into that sewer," said Mary Piper, as the makeup artist finished the final touches to her 'cannibal mole mutant queen' makeup. "It's not just the bad memories, but also the bad smells."
"Don't worry," said the artist, "The GGAC are allowing you to be the first boss monster for their new 'modular' dungeon."
"I've seen the episode where the inspiration for our race is from." said Jack, already wearing his makeup. "We aren't going to be defeated by people sending a flood of sewer water down at us by all the toilets in the neighborhood being flushed all at the same time, are we?"
"No," said the artist, "That's both stupid and gross."

"... and part of the novelty of Spookyville is what would otherwise be monsters living a perfectly 'normal' life." said Clara to one of the reporters covering Spookyville's set-up.
"I saw that once." said one of the reporters, tied to the comedy news show Highly Questionable, "It was the very first Disney Halloweentown Movie."

One veteran was telling a tale about how a mythical Philippine vampire helped end a rebellion in the Philippines.
"When a rebel camp was proving too difficult to dislodge the conventional way, a rumor would be spread that an Asuang had been sighted in the area, then killed a rebel, drained it of blood and left it to make it seem that it was a real casualty of the Asuang. The next day, the rebels moved out of the area."

With Spookyville only two days away, everyone was looking forward to it.
