Jake was baffled. Instead of his sisters's room, the picture showed something completely different. His sister's room had a light pink hue instead of a green. His sisters toys was replaced by baby toys. Her book shelf was replaced with what looked like a changing table. Her doll house was replaced by a toy chest and a couple of stacked diapers. Finally, in the corner of the room, was a crib with a baby girl sleeping inside.
Jake was confused as to where the camera had gotten this picture from until he looked up and saw that it was really there! His sister's room was now designed for an infant, and a baby was in there! Jake walked over and saw a baby around 5 months old taking her nap. She looked exactly like Lizzy did when she was this old.
"Lizzy. Lizzy is that you?" Jake asked.
The baby suddenly woke up and started screaming from suddenly be awoken from her nap. Jake tried to calm his babyfied sister before his mom walked in. Jake looked on the side of the crib, and in bright colorful letters, he read the name "LIZZY" in all caps. As Jake stood there baffled, his mother Susan walked in behind him.
"Jake! HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I TOLD YOU. DONT WAKE UP YOUR SISTER. I HAD JUST GOTTEN HER TO TAKE HER NAP!" She yelled but quietly to get Lizzy back to sleep.
Jake complied with his screaming mother but only grew more confused. How come his mother didn't remember how things were? Jake walked into the hall and saw all the family pictures over a year old that used to have Lizzy in it, now didn't. There was a new family portrait, with his mother holding a baby Lizzy in the hospital.
"Oh my God." Jake muttered.
"What was that Jake?" His mother asked, holding Lizzy to her breast to breastfeed.
"Oh, uh, nothing Mom. Just talking to myself." He said.
"Aright. Go do your chores or something." She said as she turned to Luke. "Who's my Lizzy Wizzy?" She said.
Jake tried not to laugh as he walked out of his mother's earshot. He quickly realized that he could change whoever he took a photo of. Oh the things he could do. He could change anyone and reality would make it so that was always so. He could have a lot of fun with this.
