Jake was baffled. Instead of his sisters's room, the picture showed something completely different. His sister's room had a still had a hue of green walls. His sisters toys were gone. Her book shelf didnt have kids books but books like Twilight, and school books. Her doll house was replaced by a desk with a computer. Finally, in the corner of the room, was a bigger bed with a teenage girl on her cell phone.
Jake was confused as to where the camera had gotten this picture from until he looked up and saw that it was really there! His sister's room was now designed for teenage girl, and a teen was in there! Jake walked over and saw teenage girl not noticing him talking on the phone.
"Yeah Brad can be such a jerk sometimes. I...." Lizzy then looked up and saw Jake staring at her "What do you want dweeb. Can you see I am on the phone."
"Sorry I...." tried to say
Lizzy then threw a pillow at Jake "Get out of my room before I show your school how much of a loser you are"
Jake then hurried out of the room and Lizzy then proceeded to slam the door behind him. Jake then noticed a sign on the door that read "Stay out!"
"Jake were you bothering your older sister again? I told you to leave her alone. Especially with SATs coming up" Jake heard his mom say
"Sorry I had a question and she threw a fit" said Jake
"Well next time knock. You know how touchy she can get"
Jake was baffled. How come his mother didn't remember how things were? Jake walked further into the hall and saw all the family pictures, an older Lizzy was there. In fact the one from 8 years ago where Lizzy wasnt born yet featured Lizzy almost as young as she should be.
"Oh my God." Jake muttered.
"What was that Jake?" His mother asked, holding Lizzy to her breast to breastfeed.
"Oh, uh, nothing Mom. Just talking to myself." He said.
"Aright. Go do your chores or something." She said as she turned to Luke. She said.
He quickly realized that he could change whoever he took a photo of. Oh the things he could do. He could change anyone and reality would make it so that was always so. He could have a lot of fun with this.
