The Magic Shop

A "Royal" Predicament

added by Bear 4 years ago A O Magic Mental

...only communicate by croaking from now on". The store owner smiled, another voice silenced so he could earn the riches of the millionaires willing to buy human sized and human shaped animals.

"What *croak* are you talki- *croak* oh wai- *croak* sto- *croak* *croak* *croak*"

The owner bent down to pat her head in victory. "I think that sounds must better, don't you think?"

As she continued croaking, Annie finally realized what has happened to her. It wasn't a witch who cursed her. It was him. He cursed her. She's stuck like this because of her, not because some witch cursed her. And he wasn't going to get her a prince to stop this curse, he was going to sell her to some evil king!

She wanted to yell, she wanted to scream out to her friends, but all she could do was croak. She had to think of something.

"Now, how about you join your little monkey friend in one of our "royal" cages".

Perfect. The owner was bending down to pick her up. She smiled as she jumped over him in a great height, landing and hopping as fast as she could to find her friends. Hopefully Laura would understand her, she was a frog too!

The owner just smiled as she went out of his view. "I'll find you soon".
