Kyle immediately knew he had made a mistake. There was no way he wanted to have sex with this guy. He would have preferred to fuck Carly but what could be done? Kyle nonchalantly selected Carly in his life and then himself. The hispanic man was about to ask what his wife was holding when Kyle hit swap and found himself back in his own shoes (Literally). He watched as the man and his wife walk off, seemingly both unaware of anything involving the device.
As they turned the corner, Kyle looked back to see if any of his other options were still there but the jocks had gone off to school and the family was out of sight. Kyle sighed but figured he could always look for new options. He was sick of being himself and he wanted to try something new. He looked around the park and eventually found a few new possible candidates.
The first were two cops arresting someone down the block. There was a buff male cop and he had a black female partner. They were arresting some hooker for trying to practice her craft during the day. He always wanted to try and be a cop, so why not just skip all the tests and just become one?
The second possibility he saw was that of a elementary school bus. It was filled with tiny tots and Kyle figured that if he wanted to start over he could always try that age range. He had made some mistakes in life and had always dreamed of trying again, so maybe that could become a good possibility.
Another option he saw was a teenage couple on a date. They looked about his age and Kyle thought he might've even recognized the girl from around campus. He guessed from the guy's clothing that he was decently rich and was just visiting his cute brunette girlfriend. He figured that it also might be nice to stay near his own age but with money. He'd also get a hot girlfriend and an excuse to check in on his life now and then.
The final option he took notice to was a British family who looked to be on vacation. It was a standard family of two parents with three girls and they seemed to be having a blast. Maybe just skipping parts of life and just having a family in another country would be loads of fulfilling. In the end though, he had to make a decision.
Kyle thought pretty hard about who to be and decided. He aimed, selected his target (Probably, as the longer the distance, the more room for error there is) and then selected himself. He felt reality shift as he appeared elsewhere in someone else's life.
