One of the men steps up to Ken facing him directly and motions for his friends to join him there. Then he Looks Ken in the face as if waiting for something but Ken show's almost no disgrard for the changing lady. His face seems to contort a little as if thoughts of compassion filled him wishing she was not going through he final changes.
Demanding to see Ken's company ID brings his thoughts back from the fantasy and reminds him of reality right then and there.
Trying to tough it out Ken scowls at the man and then turns again to pickup the clipboard. His hand is blocked by one of the other men as the three see ken's obvious ploy.
"He's a nobody, good try buddy but your inquisative attitude has won you a place in our files!" says one of the men to Ken.
Strong hands take a firm hold on Ken's arms as the questioning man looks Ken in the face for any suggestion of fear.
"Tough guy huh!" says the man.
Ken stands there silently thinking, looking for any way to escape the likely situation that he will be joining the roles as one of those many Pleasure Island's unlucky beasts.
Seeing what he wanted the one aggressive man turns to look at the tray of seringes laying spread out just ready for any such a victim as Ken.
Ken watches the man as if thinking to guide the man's hand away from one seringe to another more right or perfect for Ken to enjoy. It suddenly stikes Ken that his thoughts aare plainly stupid because whatever the man would chose was going to rob Ken of his human form and future.
"Seven seringes, seven choices, let's see which one would fit a tough guy stupid enough to get himself into a fix just like the one your in, hmmm, Buddy?" wondered the man aloud.
