Thanksgiving Week in Animalia was characterized by one main event, the Thanksgiving Feast. But that wasn't the only thing done, there was also the bake sale, the food prep, and the silent auction.

While turkey (with various seasoning combinations) was a common meat at Thanksgiving, there were some other meats, like moose (like last year), fish (for fish eaters), or artificial "turkey" (made of tofu mixed with juice squeezed from turkey meat, for the herbivores). There were also the other well known side dishes, like mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole, various cranberry dishes, and similar dishes, but because of the way that Thanksgiving was celebrated in different states, there were often dishes that one state would associate as part of thanksgiving that another state wouldn't, which would make it a little more interesting

Animalia Ambassadoria was mainly spending time with Elly to help her overcome her crippling shyness, but that didn't mean that they didn't show her around before the feast. There was also some comfort for everyone to learn that there was some connection with RHS and Elly's AES, but they still had to wait until comparison with someone with CAH.
Elly was also spending time at ASM for "confidence classes", as they were unofficially called. Even though Elly was now a Rhino Animalian, she still didn't have a lot of confidence.

The main "theme" of the silent auction was Electronics that were otherwise hard to obtain due to Black Friday, mainly due to "crazy people" trying to get them before the other "crazy people". Though why was not really known, but it probably was due to Christmas coming up and stores wanted to clear out as much as their inventory as possible before then.

The Bake Sale was all about traditional fall desserts that were safe for Animalians, with dishes that had chocolate, for example, on a different table. This helped as Animalians didn't want to poison themselves by unintentionally eating something that had chocolate.
There was also a corner for children's arts and crafts, which was often more than using finger paint to make turkeys. While some were genuinely artistic, others were more like "it's the thought that counts". But there was also an Arts and Crafts show for the more grown up members of the community, often showcasing stuff that children weren't really interested. But that didn't mean that some laughs weren't being had.
One "judge" was looking at children's craft sticks art and saw one result that warranted the comment.
"A little overboard with the paste, eh junior?" she asked.
"Whoops," said one guy who was clearly clowning around. "Uh, excuse me. I think I just glued my head to the table." Sure enough, the side of his head was pressed down to the table, and was not moving easily, generating some laughs for the younger children.
"For some reason, that's oddly interesting." said the judge, while one college student was taking a picture for his twitter account.
