Their head will appear on your body, next to yours and the rest of their body will merge with your own. Then, your body will face West and start running, until you reach the Pacific. Anyone you run into will conjoin with you. The more people you add, the more your body will change to compensate the new heads. Once you reach the Pacific, the body, with all the heads you've collected, will be permanent and everyone, including your new heads, will think that this is normal for you."
