Brett drives hard up to the basket and slam dunks the ball.
"TWO POINTS! Woooeee!" Brett shouts as he rebounds the ball, dribbles it up court and makes another drive for the basket. This time the ball bounces off the rim. He rebounds and jumps higher. He hangs on the rim as he suddenly feels dizzy.
Brett watches as the concrete below him seems to drop further away. He watches as his shoes fall off dropping with two thuds on the driveway slab. He feels his shorts sliding down his waist, and grabs at them with his free hand, but they are so heavy. His shorts are bigger than he is now, and he lets go of the basket rim. He uses his now giant jockstrap as a makeshift parachute and glides toward the grassy area beside the concrete. The basketball continues to bounce on the driveway where he dropped it.
The cool air feels good against his naked body. It's only when he sees a large bird eying him in flight that he realizes the dangers his new size may pose. The bird leaps into the air, Brett shifts his body. He's headed back toward the concrete and away from the bird. Brett manages to release himself from the jockstrap as the bird's talons hook it, and he belly flops on top of the still bouncing basketbal. The rubber surface knocks the air of him. The ball is spinning slightly, and Brett soon finds himself under the bouncing ball on the concrete pavement. He stares in horror as the giant orange sphere crushes down on him.
