As the movie started Katie and John were feeling a bit itchy this was a sign of their fur growing after a couple of minutes John had animated orange fur all over his body except his stomach which had cream fur even his clothes were starting to look animated. The only places not covered in fur where his hands, his feet and his head although his hair has become completely orange with a fur like texture.
Meanwhile Katie was going through the same thing except it was animated grey fur except for the white fur on her stomach, her hair had shortened drastically and was completely grey with a fur like texture, her clothes were also starting to look animated.
