Ethel had finished explaining the events of the previous day, avoiding naming Mary. Now to see if what she had gathered about the dowdy, single vice-principal from faculty lounge gossip and observation of the wistful glances said vice-principal cast at the male athletes would actually enable a distraction.
"So, Ms. Kowalski, I've brought some sample vials. This is 'weresuccubus' that transforms the drinker into a sexual demoness that straight men will find virtually irresistable."
Beads of sweat popped forth on Ms. Kowalski's wrinked forehead. "Were-succ--ucc-ub-b-bus?" Ms. Kowalski only stammered when she was excited. "You, uh better leave that here. Wouldn't want that to circulate. Uh, dismissed."
Ethel gave a discreet smile as she left Ms. Kowalski's office. By the end of the day, nobody would be talking about what happened in her class yesterday.

Violetta was horrified. She exchanged a quick glance with Kate, who was equally stunned. "Tell your sister thank you for her kind offer, but we're she-wolves and we want normal she-wolf pregnancies. Part of the whole point is to feel the development of the new life inside you. We've done this before. We'll be fine."
"Would it help if there was a male around to help keep you and the little ones well-fed?"
"That would help. That would help a lot" said Kate.
Mary, in human form, called Rose on her phone and told her the she-wolves weren't interested in an accelerated pregnancy and that Mary would be gone for a while. She quickly undressed and began the now familiar process of transformation into a male wolf. Maybe he didn't have the powers of Rose or Ethel, but he could take responsibility for the new life he had helped bring into the world.
