"Nathan. Keith. You look nice." That was a lie. They look really horrible for those costumes. Nathan's costume is tight around him. The scarf seems to be choking him. And he's wet with sweat. As for Keith, the costume is good. The only problem is that they hang loosely on him.
"Uhhh..." Keith said. "Who are you?"
"It seems that my costume is too real for you to recognize me." Ty said.
"Well yeah. You really look like that boy from that game." Keith said.
"Breath of the Wild." Nate said.
"Yeah. That game. You look like that guy."
"Link."
"That's what I said. So who are you again?"
"It's me. Ty." Ty said.
"Bullshit! You don't looked remotely like Ty. You don't even sound like him." Nate said.
"Make-up exist Nate." You lied. "Facial contouring does wonderful things. Also, I trained my voice. A simple wow would be nice."
"Bullshit number 2! I know how make-up looks like and tips isn't one of them. You're ears even look real man." Nate touched your ear and you feel the sudden urge to flick his hand away. Instead of using your hands, your ears move to snap back at his hand.
"Ow!" Nate retreated his hand. "I don't think that's makeup."
"These are elf ears I bought off Amazon."
"Okay fair enough." Nate said. "But dude, you really look like Link." Nate circled you and prodded over your ever crook and crannies. He tried to pull your hair to see if it's a wig. He realized that it is not. "Fuck! Your abs are hard."
"Hey! Don't touch there. People are looking at us." With one flick of your finger, you made the crowd around you look the other way. You also adjusted their minds to ignore you, Nate and Keith for a while. You adjusted yourself and dragged both of your friends to the sofa.
"So, how are you guys holding up?" Ever since your step-parents held you up in the house, your contact with them was cut off.
"The usual." Keith said. And by usual, he meant being bullied. "The football team lost the preliminaries so they're taking out their anger on the lowest class of the school." And by the lowest class, he meant the three of them. The poor, the wimp and the pig.
"Jack's been looking for you all week man. He's getting tired on beating me and Keith."
"Tell him I'm too busy being bullied at home."
Suddenly, the two of them perked up on their sit. Cold bead if sweat trailed on their foreheads.
"They're here."
Ty looked behind him and saw the football club barge in. They did not even bring costumes. They just wore their jerseys.
"Guys. I think I have a plan."
