Now it just so happened that Johnny's eccentric brother, Uncle Ezekial Flint just so happened to visit.
His boat pulled up to the next dock from Johnny's. He was a muscular, and tall man, with tied up long brown hair and beard, wearing a captain's hat and uniform.
"Ahoy!' He called loudly. "Johnny, it's good to see ye!"
"Good to see ye too, brother!" Johnny called. "Do you need a tow?"- Johnny called up to his brother.
"What?" Ezekial Flint frowned. “I already got ten toes, don’t need any more!” he took off his boots, showing his feet.
Johnny sighed. he knew his brother Ezekial Flint was sometimes deaf, and commonly mistook words.
"No, I meant if you wanted to pull your boat into port to dock!" he called.
"Oh, right!" Ezekial said. "Why didn't ye say so?"
Ignoring the comment, Johnny helped guide his brother's boat into port so it could dock.
Once docked, Johnny's brother got his boots back on, and came down to see his brother. "How's me nephew Ryan, me hearty?"
"He's away with Winona, visiting her parents." Johnny said.
the two of them sat on the deck of Johnny's boat, staring at the sea.
'It would be nice to be a fish.' he said to his brother, 'not having to worry about things, like clothes, money, anything. Just being able to swim carefree in the oceans all around the world.'
"It'd be amazin'." Ezekial Flint said. 'it would be nice to be a fish.' he thought. 'swimming carefree in the ocean.'
Turns out Johnny and his brother had always having dreamed of being a fish, since they were kids. He figured out that he could transform into whatever fish he wanted. 'Damn,' he thought, 'there are so many fish in the ocean, but what should I transform into?'
also, would they become part fish or full fish?
'maybe,' Johnny thought, 'we don't have to be full fish. We can be part-fish.'
"Maybe we can." Ezekial Flint said.
"hOW?" Johnny said to his brother.
"You'll see." Ezekial said as he pulled off his boots, and rolled the legs of his pants up.
Johnny stared in dumb shock, but then grinned and decided to do it all the same. He then took off his boots and socks, AND rolled up the legs of his pants.
"oBSERVE PHASE 2." Ezekial said.
With that, they put their bare feet into the shallow patch of water near his dock near the beach near his house. then, they lowered themselves in. the water came up above their knees. they walked the long way up the shallow patch and back to Johnny's boat.
They heaved themselves back onto the deck, and stood up, still barefoot.
