Adam peered into a nearby building his eyes lighting up. He quickly gestured to his four other friends. “Its an old arcade,” he exclaimed, excitedly.
His friends glanced up from their phones looking only slightly interested. They were all walking around an old strip mall near their college, just looking for something to do. An old arcade sounded just the sort of thing to hold their interest.
Paul followed in after Adam and looked around. “Doesn't seem like anyone has been here in forever,” he noted, adjusting his glasses.
Christian frowned. “They probably wouldn't have any moderned games,” he pointed out, unenthusiastically.
Justin went over to a nearby counter and waved his hand in front of an old man, while was snoring. “Um… hello?” Justin blinked when the old man didn't even respond. “Is this guy dead?” He smirked. “Anyone have a marker?”
The shortest of the group, Austin, scratched his head. “I didn’t even know this existed…” he mumbled to himself.
Adam noticed that there was a quarter dispenser and quickly fished out some money to exchange is for quarters. “What are you doing?” Christian asked.
“Getting quarters,” Adam replied with a naive grin. “We have to play one of these games.” With that he moved towards an arcade machine titled….
