Even though Ben was at a relatively tall height, being just over 6 feet tall, he was still insecure about it. With that, he found an option for height. There were three options that met Ben:

[] decrease height
[] enter desired height (in feet)
Ben decided to play it safe and clicked increase height. "Better to be safe than sorry," Ben said to himself. "There's no possible way to enter a wrong digit with this option."
Ben clicked the option and immediately felt a tingling feeling stemming from the tips of his toes, spreading upwards to his head. A couple of seconds later, he started to hear his socks cracking. Looking down, he saw his already massive feet inching larger and larger ever so slowly. Then, his size 18 feet started to inch away from him as his well musculature legs started to extend farther and farther away from him. As if without warning, his torso, arms, and hands started to expand outwards as his once 6' 2" stature started to climb. 6'4", 6'6" 6'8", taller and taller, his socks tearing from the strain of containing his now 21 sized feet, his boxers becoming too small to fit on his long, large legs, tearing apart as Ben inched up more and more.
Finally, Ben clicked Stop, finishing at just over 7 feet tall! Standing up, the room felt much smaller.
