"Yo Steve," a guy appeared from out of nowhere as Steven unloaded the contents of his backpack in the lecture hall. The lecture room itself was about half way full despite class starting in just five minutes. The guy who said hi to Steven then threw his arm around him. "Hey man, you got lecture notes from last week?"
Steven took a step to the side, or at least he tried to. "Hey J-Jake." Steven recognized Jake as the goofy, dumb jock from the back row.
