As Jenny got about getting her clothes situation sorted, her anger began to cool down a little. No longer quite so worked up, she began to think... Even if it wasn't as bad as what he'd done, she was still making him powerless like he did with her. For a brief moment she realized she was beginning to relate to what he'd done.
She slapped her face a couple of times, but as she walked back through where Dave was, she saw exactly what he'd written to change her back. The words "annoying co-worker that doesn't like me much" standing out to her, and she realized... He didn't have to turn her back into the same person who hated him, she didn't have to be someone who hated him... And more unsettling to her... Maybe she only hated him because the pen made her that way, and she couldn't remember otherwise.
For some reason, she suddenly found herself pulling out the pen to contradict the statement, not sure who she was try to spite by doing so. And she wrote 'I am not annoying, and I do not hate Dave'.
With that, she felt the last of her anger disappearing; and perhaps since misunderstandings can be an annoying, and she made herself 'not annoying', she began to think... Maybe he didn't know it could change people before he used the pen on her.
She looked around, finding Dave sitting in a corner as if hoping she'd ignore him... He looked... Depressed. Did she really need to make him life through this? With the pen, she could just skip the punishment and just make him have already learned whatever lesson the punishment was supposed to teach him, and that's even if he even deserved it, since he might not have known.
She sighed and wrote 'I know whether or not Dave knew this pen would change me when he did'.
A sudden flash of insight hit her mind as context filled her mind; the other things Dave had written, his confusion at what was going on after the other changes, and his uncertainty when he wrote it with her, like he was trying to confirm that the pen actually worked and wasn't just a coincidence.
She shook her head at the realization, he was less sure than she was when she started punishing him, but it wasn't exactly an accident. With a glance, she noticed Dave watching her writing, nervous; not just embarrassed like she had been, but almost genuinely terrified.
"Alright... Maybe I'm taking this a bit far," she said. She wrote down on a blank bit of paper 'Dave will grow a set of penis and balls by 10pm today unless he happens to be a girl at the time', and handed it to Dave. "Don't make me regret this," she said.
Dave just looked down at the paper and back at her, looking a bit like an embarrassed child. "Thank you," he said.
With a sigh, Jenny pulled him to his feet. "Come on, we need to get back to work, and maybe pull some overtime just to make up for what this little adventure of yours has caused, if we get through the day with no trouble, maybe I can write down something you'd enjoy," she said.

The rest of their work passed mostly uneventfully, but eventually Jenny began thinking about what kind of things the pen could do. She already said she might do something good for Dave, maybe something fun, but it occurred to her... She didn't really know what he liked. Or really what anyone at the office liked, maybe she was the office bitch. No, an office bitch would at least know what people liked so she could use it against them for insults or otherwise, she was less social than that wasn't she?
She took a deep breath, and started writing something down with the pen: 'I know all the fantasies of my co-workers'.
As the information flooded her mind, she found herself trying to focus on one of the fantasies that wouldn't cause much trouble for people other than themselves.
