Emily pulled off her dress and sat on the toilet, cleaning up her rear. It looked like she hadn't gotten any on the dress, but there was some down the back of her legs.
She got up and switched the shower on, and stared at herself in the mirror while it warmed up. She tried to run her hands through her fur but it wasn't the same anymore, her few chunky hoof digits didn't have the same sense of touch.
She checked out her thick her hips and thighs had gotten, then realised that compared to this morning, her whole body was a little more padded.
Emily started to examine her face when the warm feeling returned to her legs, followed by a sharp pain.
"Mooooo!" She squealed. It felt like the bones in her legs were shifting around. With a small pop, her knees inverted, bending the other way. Her calves thickened out, and what used to be her ankle turned into a perfect dew claw. Finally, her hooves widened and rounded out, and her legs transformation was over.
Emily was clutching the sink, panting heavily, trying not to topple over. She was pretty sure her legs bone structure was no different to a cows now, but they still retained some of her human...plumpness.
Before jumping in the shower Emily studied her face. While subtle, she could see the beginnings of her face changing, similarly to Kate. The end of her nose had definitely spread out a little, and the 'point' of it wasn't much of a point anymore. She thought it may have turned up a little too, but it was hard to tell just yet.
Finally she got in the shower and just stood there for ten minutes letting the water run through her coat. She shampooed her hair, and wasn't really sure if she should shampoo the rest of her body or not, so just settled for rinsing it for now.
When she was done, she switched the shower off and wiped down her coat, shedding most of the water away, then got out and wrapped a towel round herself.
When she stepped back into her room, Kate wasn't there, so she resumed drying herself down. A few minutes later Kate walked in.
"Where did you go?" Emily asked.
"Oh, I was just...speaking to your brother. And sister." Kate said, not elaborating any further.
"So...what was that outside?" She said, quickly changing the subject.
"Oh yea...that. You know how at the moment you just feel like yourself, but you're becoming more animal like?" Emily said.
"I mean, yea, besides some of the fox-ish cravings I get and restless libido, I still feel like me"
"Well sometimes I don't. Sometimes I stop feeling like 'me but cow-ish' and instead just feel like I am a cow..." She explained.
"Is this gonna happen to me too?" Kate asked.
"I don't know"
The girls remained silent as Emily rooted through her wardrobe looking for something she could wear to bed. She found some baggy shorts and a t-shirt that used to be really spacious, but not so much anymore, clinging to her form.
"Sorry Em, I think I'm gonna head home now. This has all been a lot to take in and I think I just want to get some rest tonight" Kate said, standing up and grabbing her bag.
"It's okay Kate I understand, I should probably do the same"
They awkwardly hugged before Kate left, and Emily flopped into bed, passing out for the night.
