As two "friends", Gem and Sasha, were looking among the many shelves of the old shop, the two spotted twin necklaces. Each necklace had a gem on it, red and blue respectively, hung on a gold chain. And it was a huge bargain, too, at only $20 per necklace.
"OMG! Sasha, look at these!" Gem said, looking at them from behind their glass cases.
"Wow, those are beautiful!" Sasha replied, admiring them. "Let's get them!"
They signaled over the shopkeep, an old Chinese man, who unlocked the cases and took the necklaces off of their pedestals. "Ah, these necklaces. Very wonderful things. You'll love them greatly, you two."
The pair paid the $40 and headed off, necklaces linked around their necks.
Sasha and Gem sat down on park benches half a mile from the store. They had purchased soft pretzels and sodas from a nearby cart, and were watching as other people ran across the park, doing random park things. Sasha spotted one girl running across the park trail. She had on baggy grey sweats, and a large t-shirts, but it was still clear that she was heavily obese. Her belly kept peaking out of her shirt, and her breasts kept bobbing up and down as she ran, panting from the exercise.
Sasha, who had always had a thing for big women, looked at her friend Gem. It had been almost 3 months since they both came out as gay to each other, but had not yet started dating. She wished they were though. She'd be able to enact her fantasy, even if it was a bit unethical.
"Gawking at her, eh, Sasha?" Gem said, tapping Sasha on the shoulder to snap her out of her little haze.
Sasha felt a little glow on her chest, which alerted her to the necklace. The gem in the socked of it had gone from blue to green for a brief second, then went back to blue. Odd enough as it was, but even odder when she looked over at Gem to notice she had instantly put on 200 lbs.
"Holy shit, how the fuck-" Gem began to scream, but her eyes glossed over as Sasha's necklace burned again, turning yellow this time. As her eyes returned to normal, her panic receded, and turned into joy. "Heh, wish I was that big, huh, babe?" She said, eating the rest of her pretzel in two bites, then heaving herself up to buy another.
Sasha stared at her friend in awe, a million things going through her mind. How did Gem get so fat? Why did Gem call her babe? Does she even remember what happened? Did my necklace so this? She grabbed her necklace again, and tried to test it. Despite her love of fat girls, she never liked the fact that she was 50 pounds overweight. She preferred to be the sexy Dom, being the controlling factor in her Sub's life. She thought of the figure she wanted, and clutched the gem.
Nothing.
She did it again. Nothing
"Why isn't it working?" Sasha said out loud.
"Why isn't what working?" Gem replied, now carrying several pretzels, sodas, and even a couple hotdogs.
"This necklace." She flashed the blue gem to her supposed girlfriend. "I made a wish earlier for you to be my fat girlfriend, I think, and now you are. But I tried to change myself, and it didn't work."
Gem busted out laughing. "Necklaces can't do that, Sasha. It took us years to make this happen." She grabbed her plump belly rolls and gave them a good shake.
"No, I'm serious, it did change you." Sasha said in frustration.
"Okay, well, I got one of those too." Gem said, pulling hers out from in between her surplus breasts. "If you're right, than I could make you into my perfect girl too."
Sasha had a mix of hope and fear as to what that gem could do to her.
