JJ went back to his seat on the chair while Chance moved to occupy the empty space on the couch. They both sat and watched TV for about half-an hour though Chance was finding it harder and harder to concentrate on the TV screen. Chance started to feel a headache wash over him. He also kept smelling something he had never smelt before. It was like some kind of earthy musk that seemed to contain a similar sweetness to the wine they had just enjoyed. It was strangely arousing. He couldn't quite identify where the smell was coming from, but it seemed concentrated around the chair where JJ was sitting. As Chance sat trying to identify where this smell was coming from he noticed JJ moving around and readjusting himself whilst feeling around his backside.
"Something feels weird," said JJ.
JJ continued to scratch adjust his clothing when suddenly a short furry brown tail popped out of JJ's shorts. Both men quickly jumped up from their seats.
"The hell is this!" JJ said in a startled voice. The tail began to move back and forth apparently without JJ's consent. JJ turned to look at Chance when his expression grew more shocked. He momentarily forgot his new appendage and pointed directly at Chance's face. "Dude what's with your head?!"
"What?" a startled Chance replied while reaching up to feel above his brow. Sure enough there were two small nubs sticking out. Chance quickly hurried down the hall to the bathroom and moved to look into the mirror above the sink. There he saw for the first time a pair of little animal like horns. If that weren't enough it also appeared as though his ears had adopted a more animal shape as well complete with a dusting of fur that matched the color of his beard. As Chance looked in the mirror his new ears twitched against his will.
Chance returned to the living room where he saw that JJ too had sprouted his own horns and goatish ears as well. Chance also saw that JJ's legs were covered in hair that appeared to be getting thicker by the second. Chance removed his socks and saw that the tops of his feet like JJ's legs were covered in quickly thickening hair. He quickly removed his jeans and noticed that he too had sprouted a small tail that was moving around as if it possessed a will of it's own.
"What's happening to us!" Chance yelled.
Suddenly both hit the floor as sharp pain exploded in their legs and feet. Both men writhed around on the floor for about a minute before the pain stopped. Chance looked at his legs and saw that his feet had reshaped into black cloven hooves and his legs had reformed so his new hooves could support his anatomy. Chance notice that JJ too now had the same hooves and was tentatively trying to stand on them. He too decided to try standing and while precarious at first Chance found his new hooves surprisingly easy to balance on. Chance's tail continued to move twisting around Chance's boxer shorts. The feeling was rather frustrating so Chance ripped off the boxers revealing that his manhood which was now covered by a furred sheath. He also saw that he sported tufts of fur that stretched along his fore arms. The smell from before had also become much stronger. Chance was finally able to notice that the sweet musk was emanating from himself while a similar, but markedly different musk was emanating from JJ.
It was now abundantly clear Chance and JJ had been transformed into satyrs right out of Greek myth.
