"Mum and Dad sure seem to be taking it easy?" Julie pondered the next morning as she and Derrick finished up breakfast.
"Don't really blame them, mean how much can you actually do here in this underwater hotel?" Derrick returned "Heck beside scuba diving, fish watching, whatever we brought alongside us... theirs nothing to do".
"Oh I have something you didn't list... just have to hope mum and dad agree to let me try it" Julie countered, "like what little sis?" Derrick inquired.
Before Julie could answer, Sharon and John finally appeared, "Wow... you wasted no time it getting it on" Derrick remarked over the parents' state, "not when we finally get the chance to try in on with tails" Sharon responded, "tails?" Julie pondered, "something I found in the bathroom late night... actual tails like those professional underwater performers use, but designed more for... well you know...in bed use" John tried to explain as he put the nearby kettle on.
Without a word both Julie and Derrick suddenly left to their rooms and returned seconds later carrying mer-tails of their own, Sharon doing a spit-take in response, "Personally I don't think their pyjamas...more actual swimwear" Julie joyfully proclaimed.
On the other hand both John and Sharon meanwhile took closer looks at the tails the kids had, both unlike their own lacking openings for sexual plots yet matching in gender colours and sized exactly like perfect.
"So... who wants to go and try them out properly with me?" Julie suddenly asked, "try-" John started, "Swimming... why else give us tails like this. plus what else do you think these are used for?" Julie interrupted.
"Told you she'd find a way to try that... I just assumed management would be involved more deeply and/or further along the stay this happening" Derrick remarked.
"and if you all say no then i'm willing to go it alone" Julie then dared.
