Candace took a look at her "lower back tattoo" and thought. If there was no going why stop at 19. She was only two years away from removing another regret. Getting that darn tatoo after both being drunk at a friend's house and a dare. She got a tattoo of a piece of turd pointing down. This was her only chance for making it is if it never happened even if it meant being a junior in high school again and being a teenager.
Candace walked down the hall once more. She only stopped when she saw a card on a table near a mirror that read "congratulations no more high school" meaning she was 18 again. Her breasts were a bit smaller and perkier. Candace admired her youthful body knowing soon she will take another fork very soon.
Candace continued to walk but no very long till she reached the fork she was expecting with it being the same as before. Only this time it had a glass of beer and one with a magazine. This time the note read:
"“This is another one of your greatest regrets, you always regretted getting that tattoo. Now is the chance to change that regret. To the left is a past where instead of going to the party that led to the events that got you the tattoo you instead stayed home and read a magazine, to the right is the last you remember so well. Pick your path and continue your journey, you can leave whenever you wish but know when you exit the world outside will only remember you at the age in which you exit. Good luck and I wish you the best.”
This was a no brainer. If she had a boring quiet night...no drunk decision to get the tattoo. So Candace took the left. Causing the tattoo to vanish leaving smooth skin as she reached a junior in high school. She stopped to admire her youthful body considering finding the exit as anymore younger she would be little. But there were other regrets.
