It was a relatively normal and quiet Saturday afternoon in the city park.
You had come here for a peaceful walk to attempt destressing from all the trials and troubles of both living in a major city as well as to forget about all the hassles your job created in your life for awhile too.
You were always on the alert for any would-be mugger or someone else who might have evil intentions against you.
Then again, you always joked that any would-be identity thief would be slumming if they tried to steal your name.
In any event, you had actually managed to accomplish your goals for today and were about to start heading back home when fate intervened.
Up ahead you saw them.
Two big, musclebound men were beating up on someone smaller than them.
You knew it was a fool hearty thing to do but, being a good Samaritan, you hoped whoever the victim was would return the favor if your roles were reversed; so you grabbed your cellphone and started dialing 9-1-1 even as you rushed into the fray.
The two would be robbers were so intent on their victim that they never noticed your presence until you gave one of them a good shift kick in the rear!
Angrily the man turned to face you as his partner stopped beating on their target to see what was happening.
"Why you—" said the man you kicked, as he swung his thick beefy fist at you.
But at the last moment, you ducked and he hit a tree instead.
You both heard the sound of bones breaking. He yelled in pain as you simply smiled.
The second man was about to go after you when everyone heard a loud air horn blast.
You and the robbers turned and saw a park cop running toward your location.
With air horn can in one hand and a radio in another, the muggers were more afraid of him than of you.
As the two men started running, the park cop began slowing down to check on you and their victim, but you said, "We're okay for the moment. Go get them!"
With that, the park cop continued the chase.
Wanting to see if you could be of any further assistance, you bent down to help the victim.
That's when you were shocked to see who it was!
You couldn't believe your eyes, for you honestly thought it wasn't possible.
The victim was—
