You turn towards your feline latex friend when he suddenly gasped, eyes widened to dinner plates when he suddenly uttered in panic, "My friends!"
The purple lizardwoman also turns towards him, your gaze curious and the lizardwoman's inquisitive. "What about your friends?" She asks, and he panics and bashfully rubs the back of his furry latex head, squeaks emanating embarrassingly.
"They sent you here right?" The purple lizardwoman places her arms in a cross over her leaking breasts, demanding answers. Both reptiles stood quiet, waiting for an answer from your muscular friend.
"They're not bad... I got the short end of the stick on a bet and they sent me here on a dare. We're genuine friends, even if they were assholes." The bashful feline pauses and looks down, fearful. "They're coming, they will come to find me if I hadn't return home by tomorrow..."
Realization lit up on both you and your reptile ally. You turn to your feline friend, and then to the reptile ally and hiss. They somehow knew what your tone implies.
"Damn it. We can't have more people fall to that mad dragon!" She paces in worry, you standing there trying to think of a solution. Not having a way to talk really makes it hard for you to put up actual suggestions.
"What do we do? I've been here long enough to get latexified, and I know there's only a couple of hours before they come, less even!" The tiger quickly shushed his voice when his panic made his last sentence a roar.
"I know. We gotta find a way to ward them off, and if we don't, at least find a way to keep them sane..." She began leaking more ooze from her parts, her worry increasing.
"What? Keep them sane? Are you crazy?!" Your feline friend roared, his personality seemingly changing right before your eyes. "Are you saying that its inevitable that they would be latex monsters?!"
Hissing in a calming manner, you try to placate his anger. Somehow, his eyes were aggressive, slit and full of predatory rage. He turns towards you and his eyes widen.
"What just happened..." He muttered, cupping his head to block out the static. The lizardwoman turns towards you, her eyes showing realization, again.
"You're the key!"
You hiss an awkward, "what...?"
