The Thrivesons had just came home from the supermarket one rainy day.
"I'm glad we got back soon, Dad." Olly said.
"WHo woulda thought we'd get drenched in such a massive downpour?" William said as he took off his coat.
"That rainstorm was really massive." Lisa said. "I'm glad we're warm and safe inside." she put the groceries in the kitchen.
It was then William suddenly began to feel funny. it wasn't long till the whole family felt funny too.
When William felt his pants, they seemed to be looser than normal.
Suddenly, the whole family felt that same feeling with their clothes too.
then, William stepped up, and stepped right out of his shoes and socks. Looking at his feet, he saw a startling discovery - his toes were getting smaller.
"Holy cow!" William exclaimed. "My toes! They're getting smaller!"
But it weren't just his toes, oh no. His whole body was shrinking!
"What-wh...wh-what's happening to me?!" William said in shock.
"What's happening to all of us, you mean!" Lisa said.
William looked at Lisa, Olly and Andi and he realised that what seemed to be making him get smaller was happing to them too.
"Oh no!" Olly said. "Dad! What's happening to us?! We're getting smaller!"
"no kidding!" Andi said. "We're shrinking!"
and sure enough they were.
their clothes became more and more massive; too big for them to wear.
The Thrivesons stared around at the expanding house around them.
but the shrinking continued, and showed no signs of stopping whatsoever.
The Thrivesons got smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller.
