He just had to jinx it didn't he?
He could telepathically hear the outraged cries of the other balloon animals.
'Hey! How dare you interfere! I was there first!' The Elephant head cried out.
The fox gave a sly smile. Or at least as much of a smile a balloon muzzle is capable of. 'It's your fault for not finalizing your control when you had the chance.'
The elephant scoffed at that. 'The human already had his own life. It's not mine to take. I rather we both be heads then what you are doing now.'
'Can you blame the fox? This is our chance to finally escape this place! No staff in sight and we finally have a body again! It's just a inconvenience for there to be more then one passenger.' The giraffe butted in.
'Yet here we are. What? You wanna get off for our sakes? We should make do with what we have instead fighting.' The cat grinned slyly at the fox.
The fox rolled it's eyes. 'Exactly. Now let me keep control, and i'll find a place for all of you.'
'By turning us into fox paws? Who said anything about you being in control?' The cat smiled even wider.
The fox suddenly found itself losing control as the giraffe head snuck up your back up to take it's place. Soon, the fox head found itself replacing the foot the giraffe once occupied.
'Ah! That's much better!' The giraffe exclaimed.
'Hey! Give me back my body!' The fox foot exclaimed.
You gotta put a stop to this. This is your body, and you have to convince the balloons animals to give it back. But how?
You noticed that the balloon animals all seem to be able to move around your body. Maybe you can do the same? You recalled the feeling you had when moving from your head to your arm.
You concentrated on that feeling as you focused on your memory of being were your head should be. The next thing you knew, you were moving up your arm!
You blink and you suddenly back on your neck!
'Hey!' The animal heads exclaimed.
Your victory didn't last long. Soon you found yourself moving to another limb as another balloon took control. And of course you tried move back to your neck. However, the other heads tried to do the same thing.
For the next few minutes, you found yourself lost in sensations as your head constantly moved around your body. At one point, you're a foot tasting the grounds, the next, you're something else. At one point you ended up on the crotch! Yet every time you were moved, you kept moving back to your head. Nothing else mattered.
After for what seemed the hundredth time, you found yourself back on your rightful place on the neck, only to see the other heads coming up to your head at the same time, leaving the limbs they occupied with normal human flesh.
You tried to focus on keeping them from reaching your head, but you couldn't overpower their combined will.
But instead of swapping limbs, you blacked out again!
...
When you came too, you quickly examined your body. To your relief, your body was completely human again. And you don't hear voices in your head either!
But before you can celebrate and go home, you noticed a familiar balloon trunk floping in front of your vision.
You quickly found a nearby mirror only to see that the balloon animals didn't leave.
Your head was once again a balloon, but it was different this time. You now have the elephant's white trunk and ears again, but you also have the fox's red muzzle attached to the trunk, the cat's ears and eyes, and the giraffe's long neck. The only thing from your original head was your hair, which is surprisingly the only thing on your head that's not rubber.
Somehow, all five heads fused together.
