A young boy walked up to the stage. He was a decent height for age 14, about 5'8" tall. However, he was thin as a rail; one could count his ribs.
"And what is your name, lad?" asked Madame Illusia.
"Alex," he stammered in reply.
"And why have you volunteered?"
"I'm the skinniest and weakest boy in 8th grade. Everybody bullies me and mocks me and I hate it. I think some muscle could come in handy."
"And how much do you weigh, my boy?" she asked him.
"90 pounds," he said, turning crimson with shame.
The audience gasped. They sympathized with poor Alex.
"Well, Alex, I offer you this shake. Use it well. But take a lesson from Anthony: when I tell you to stop drinking, that means STOP."
"Ok," he said, nodding. "Let's do this."
Madame Illusia handed him the shake. Alex immediately started gulping it down. At first, it wias difficult to tell the difference, but then the audience realized his ribs were now invisible.
"120 pounds!" cried Madame.
Alex continued to chug the shake. Slowly his small frame started to fill out. He hit 140, 150, 160...he looked pretty good now, with his arms and chest thickening and his abs showing.
Madame decided to let him keep going, so that he was much bigger than the bullies. "180 pounds!" she announced.
Alex was pretty hunky now, with bulging muscles all over. Madame Illusia finally decided to stop him at 210 pounds.
"Well, how do you feel?" she asked him.
He flexed his arm, marveling at its size. "Amazing!" he cried. Thanking her, he left to show off his new body.
