You're left to sulk as the other balloons argue over whose fault was what and collectively badmouth the fox. They don't get the chance to finish their arguments, however, as a new voice is heard off in the distance.
“Hello? Is anybody here? Hello?! I'm lost and could really use some help!” a female voice shouts from the same direction you first came. The calls get closer and more frustrated as she wanders the empty circus. Before too long, you hear her footsteps approaching.
“Alright, quiet everyone. Play it cool!” the cat says. The other balloons murmur in agreement and go silent. You wait in anticipation.
“Ugh, what is up with this place? And what the heck is going on tonight?” she mutters angrily as she comes into view.
She's about your age and casually dressed. She's a bit sweaty and disheveled, her clothes marred with a bit of dirt, but you still find her pretty. You want to call out to her for help, but the balloon stand has already caught her attention, and she's walking this way. You worry that one of the balloons suddenly shouting at her may scare away your only hope of help, so you remain still for now.
She looks at each of the balloons consideringly, giving you a puzzled look and turning back towards the rest. You're not surprised that you stand out. After a moment...
