"Huh?" The young blue jay turned suddenly from the doorway and stepped back inside.
"Um, listen..." Ty gulped. "You're really cute, and I was wondering if you might be interested in... playing a little."
"Figured." Camille crossed her arms and snorted softly.
The blue jay blinked several times, her dark brown eyes almost seeming to dart away in embarassment as she looked at the floor, then the grass outside, and anything but Ty. "Um." Jane chirped nervously. "W-What do you mean... play?"
Ty blushed a little and shifted on his hooves. "Well, I mean, transform you a little? For... our mutual enjoyment?"
"Oh." Jane's blue almost seemed to pale. She gulped slightly and looked around the jungle behind her in embarassment. "I-I don't think I'm ready for anything... naughty. I-I mean... yet. I'm still so young."
"I... can fix that." Ty offered.
The jay girl raised her crest in shock and backed away a little, clutching herself. "Um, I really don't know if I'm okay with... with... I mean, I remember. I remember growing into..." She waved her wings over herself. "This. And... and I don't know if I want to change anymore."
"Okay!" Ty reassured her. "I won't pressure you into anything you don't want."
"Ohhh, but I don't want to let you down!" Jane cringed submissively before the deer and fae. "I mean, if you want to try something, I-I... guess I could... see." She gulped. "You know, how it feels."
Camille cleared her throat and tapped her foot as Ty turned to gaze up at his doe. "Responsibility?" She asked tersely.
"I'm sorry, Jane." Ty hung his head. The temptation was mighty, but the animal was resistant. Ty waved his hand, erasing the entire conversation.
Jane shook her head once or twice and seemed confused. "Uh... I'm... going to ask the crow family over?" She blinked twice. "Right?"
"Yes, that's right!" Camille nodded politely. "Thank you, young miss!"
"Oh, sure!" Jane nodded excitedly, stepping back outside excitedly. "I'll be back later when I've found them!"
"Thanks!" Ty grinned nervously.
The door closed behind Jane and they heard her shuffle off into the air.
"Isn't that why you made Petal?" The deer offered.
"Well, I suppose it'll be a while before the crows get here..." Ty gulped sheepishly.
