the costume of the lion soon backs away as you noticed something about it when a tear somehow fell out of its empty eyes. it soon figured out you were getting scared by what's going on here that instead of being like most people as they would get ready to make a run for the door, you didn't. you shortly realized that it wanted something that before you knew what the suit wanted, it later sees the pocketknife your dad gave to you before he went missing.
the latex lion suit playfully was then eating one end of it. you shook your head in shock as you didn't understand what it wanted with your dad's old pocketknife. the suit then placed it in your hands as it then pointed at the knife.
"y- you want me to use this?" you asked it, it sounded silly thought to talk to a living latex lion suit. it shook it's head no though as it then was still pointed at it, this time with a claw nail though.
"me dad gave this to me. he went missing though." you say as it then pointed at itself.
"you know where's my dad?" you asked that it nodded to your answer. it then was tapping a claw nail to its head, but this only made you more confused.
"I don't understand." you say to the suit. it then points at what to be your head, before tapping its own.
"head?" you asked. it kept doing it though, like in a pattern.
"ear?" you asked again. this time however, it tapped more to its head as you said ear to it once more that it went back to doing the pattern before.
"oh I get it! sounds like." you said to the living suit that a squeaking sound escape from it as it was then using its paw like fingers in a strange way.
"sounds like a- fingers." you try to guest, but it shook it finger at you. telling you that the answer you gave was incorrect.
"um, no? ok then. um, rain." you said that it then pointed at what you said.
"sounds like rain!" you say again that it let out another squeak from itself as then showed its hands for words which sounded like rain.
"rain, gain, pain, train, brain, chain." you were saying while listing them off. it pointed when you said brain, but shook when it was on chain.
"brain." you say. it nodded to the answer brain while another squeak came from it.
"sounds like br, brain?" you say as it pointed, before dropping it paw like hands down. this made you more confused as you wanted to know what about the brain.
"what brain?" you asked it. it then pointed at the pocketknife, while tapping it.
"my dad? my father, brain?" you asked that it nodded.
"my dad? brain?" you said that it continued to nod. you started to get a clue on what it meant.
"my father's brain?" you asked. with a tear falling out somehow that it let out another squeak, but softer.
you begin to slowly get yourself up from the corner. you softly placed you hands over the lion suit's mane. still making a few soft squeaking sounds that you to were beginning to let out some tears while trying to hold them back.
"you have my father's brain?" you asked. it squeaked as it then pointed at you.
"you have my dad's brain?" you asked again while not believing what you were saying. with a soft groan from it, it slowly lowered itself to its knees.
"is it really you in there?" you asked it, wanting it to be so. with what you asked, it slowly nods to your answer.
"dad?! *huff* oh dad, what have they done to you?" you immediately ran over to hug him, but with your dad now a living latex lion suit as he wasn't solid inside that it was like hugging a pair of your own clothing. the latex lion suit, your dad gently hugs you back as you were now fully crying out into tears.
"I've missed you so much. i thought I'd never see you again. i love you dad." you said while in tears that it was a touching moment for you wanted this to last forever.
you didn't knew what was going on at this point. all you knew is that you had to help him, but how? in a sudden turn of events....
