Randy got home and didn't wait to start personalizing. Ryan knew that Randy was an artist but hadn't paid it much attention because he wasn't into art. Still when Randy finished and Ryan got to see himself in the mirror, Ryan was impressed. Randy had improved a lot since that last jockstrap he decorated.
Yes, Ryan was decorated with a giant tiger in a jungle with snakes nearby and lightning in the distance but these weren't just a few random doodles. This was a masterpiece that should be hung in a museum. The greens were lush and vibrant. The tigers eyes were bright and intimidating. The lightning was so fine and surrounded by a purple aura of energy. Ryan was so impressed, he thought for a moment that he should encourage his brother to hang the art in a museum but then Ryan quickly realized he was the art that could end up in a frame on a wall in some museum.
Ryan then realized he been a bit of a jerk to Randy always trying to make Randy more like himself. Ryan began to appreciate that Randy was a great brother in his own way. "I really need to show my appreciation for him more, somehow."
Meanwhile, Randy was beginning to notice that there was something different about this jockstrap, something familiar. This feeling went way beyond feeling like he'd been successful at making the jockstrap his. It kept reminding Randy of his brother, as if it had been Ryan's jockstrap previously. Where was Ryan anyway? Maybe he could ask his brother if Ryan had lost a jockstrap and if he recognized Randy's new jockstrap. Hopefully Ryan wouldn't be too upset and let Randy keep his new jockstrap.
