Once Ling had completed enough language lessons for her to be understandable (while still retaining her Korean accent), she and Mr. Hyun were allowed to tour Animalia. Ling was the most excited to learn more about the society she was now part of, while Mr. Hyun was slightly less so. During the tour, however, he was surprised to find many things that he could understand about Animalia. While they weren't threatened by imperialism (so to speak) they were threatened by hypocritical leaders, and that he could understand. He had also been given a boxed DVD set of the History Channel series America: The Story of Us which was said to help him understand America a little better. But there was some things that were definitely confusing, and even contradictory, to him. But after the explanation it made a bit more sense.

"Most feral animals hate and fear things that would otherwise be normal in modern warfare." said one guide, leading them to the Claw Coliseum's Octagon, "They don't like the smell of burned gunpowder (smokeless or otherwise), or the sounds of the battlefields, the explosions, the screaming and the dying. The most important thing to remember about war animals is that they were trained since birth to ignore such things, but as war became more and more high tech, humans became less and less reliant on animals, to the point where humans no longer use animals like horses or elephants in warfare. But one thing that uplifted animals can readily understand is competing with each other."
"Why would that be?" asked Mr. Hyun, taking notes for Chairman Kim.
"Mainly it's due to things in their old 'lives', like competing over territory, food, mates, etc.." answered the tour guide. "This led to the development of the UFC-A."

"Part of the reason why there are a lot of misconceptions about Animalia is due to the fact that there's a lot of R-Rated things on the internet that feature anthropomorphic animals, as well as many myths about Anthropomorphic Animals." continued the tour guide, leading them to the PR-MD offices.
"I've heard of that before." said Mr. Hyun.
"That's what the PR-MD offices are here for." said the tour Guide, "They sort through everything on the internet about Animalia, and filter out which ones are real and which ones are not."

"... and one thing that was discovered about the human brain while using the MRI was that, as the 'lust' areas of the brain lights up and becomes brighter, the 'judgement' areas of the brain begin to turn off." finished the tour guide as they came to Golden Mountain Dojo. "Also, add some alcohol to that mix, those areas change light up and turn off more quickly."
"So that's what that means..." said Mr. Hyun, taking more notes.
"So that's why Golden Mountain Dojo is here." answered the tour guide, "It teaches how to say 'hands off' without permanently harming anyone."

The final part of the tour involved meeting several of the stranger members of Animalia, including Iphis and Ianthe, the Dinotopians, and the members of Project Pleistocene. Meeting Diego and Patty seemed to explain (to Ling) some of why people were nervous around Ling and Mr. Hyun, mainly because their saber teeth were even larger than Lings' own.
To conclude their tour, they both received a book about the major events and locations in Animalia. While Ling was more interested about the locations in general, Mr. Hyun was more focused on what he had learned. Due to the upcoming Summer Vacation and the International Animalia Convention, Mr. Hyun was intending to learn more about Animalia for Chairman Kim. While both of them were guilty of making incorrect assumptions about Animalia, especially about Animalians being super soldiers (not that they would admit it), they would like to know more about it.
