Noah walked happily to the mall as his mind raced with possibilities. He could change anyone or anything he wanted, and all it would take was writing a sentence in a journal. He enjoyed his casual walk, seemingly unfazed by flushing his old family down the drain, as he entered the local mall.
Lincoln Center was a sprawling mall near his somewhat small town that everyone who was anyone loved to visit. It had almost every store under the sun from Chik-Fil-A to Foot locker. He walked past all the busy shoppers and took a seat at the local food court. He pretended to be reading his journal as he began to look around for potential "volunteers."
The mall was particularly busy that day and he saw a lot of potential. He saw family's eating together, couples on dates, fat slobs, bored workers, sad janitors, mall security, you name it! Noah started to feel overwhelmed at everyone he could change. He thought about it for a few more minutes before he thought of a better idea.
Instead of changing people, he would change reality itself. Any law, whether it be a legal one or a social law was his to bend. He could make it normal for nudity, change what he was allowed to do, or even force anyone there to do whatever he wanted. He felt a stirring in his crotch as he thought of all the possibilities. He brought out his pencil and began to write his first lie.
