It wasn't easy, but the group combined their efforts and managed to pry open both doors at the same time, the stone making a heavy but bearable grinding noise. The three nearly collapsed to the ground once the doors stopped, all of them panting from the labor.
"Oh man... *pant* That was the heaviest thing I've ever pulled... *pant* In my life!" Garett heavily breathed out.
"At least... *gasp* At least it's open now...!" Morgan gasped out.
None of them had realized that their action caused even more of the similar dust to rise up from the ground and that they were currently breathing deep amounts into their bodies.
"Let's... haaah... get to it then!" Rory said, prompting Morgan to lead the way due to him being slightly more knowledgeable about zoos than his friends.
It was definitely dark with even more vines and leaves congesting the passageway, but unfortunately they have to roll with the punches as Morgan fruitlessly tried to smack his torch back to life, only now realizing that it had broken when they fell off the bridge.
"Ugh, whatever. Let's just find an exit quickly and get out of here! I really don't care if we lose this dare now!" Morgan announced as he pocketed the broken flashlight, Garett and Rory nodding in agreement.
"Yeah, screw those guys! This is not worth the trouble or the street cred!" Garett said following behind him and Rory behind Garett.
As they pushed through the thick undergrowth, they found out that it was manageable, but not a cakewalk as the vines and branches could easily be pushed out of the way, but they were bunched together enough to cause some damage to their clothes, creating small rips here and there.
Oddly enough for the three of them, they all felt a strange pressure just above the cracks of their butts, as though they were pushing against their pants for some strange reason the further they went down the passage. All of them had different thoughts for the same fear of accidentally crapping their pants from the stress of pulling open that door. The pressure started to grow painful until a three loud *RIPS* rang out in sync, giving the guys some relief. It soon dawned on them as what just happened...
"Aw! Ugh! REALLY?! Those were my favorite pair of pants! Stupid vines and stupid branches!" Morgan yelled in frustration.
"Dude, I'm more worried about how we're gonna get back with any dignity left!" Rory complained as he moved a hand the giant hole in the seat of his pants, feeling his soft skinned butt.
"Can't say I haven't mooned someone before, but I'd rather pass on this one!" Garett said, trying to lighten up the mood for once by relating to his shenanigans. After some grumbling, Morgan and Rory couldn't help but laugh at the mental image of Garett mooning his high school teacher once on a sick day the two still regretted just for the fact they missed the entire spectacle.
As they pushed on, none of them realized that the real spectacle was the fact that just above their each of their rears hung a fleshy tail, then ends already growing a thick brown tassel on each, resembling giraffe tails with human skin instead of fur past the tassel. They each swung back and forth absent-mindedly purely based on the boys emotions, which were clearly a mixture of anxiousness and excitement.
