Roy quickly activated the role swapper he discretely held in his hand.
Instantly, Roy found himself standing way across the room, his hand now grasping the doorknob.
“Good bye, Roy!” called Sarah from the kitchen.
Roy peeked around the corner back at her and say, to his relief, Sarah was back to normal, once again wearing her own clothes and busy frying up some scrambled eggs for her boyfriend to enjoy for breakfast.

Having personally tested the device and discovered its potential power was legitimate, Roy's mind now began to wander as he daydreamed of all the possibilities this gizmo could enable him to realize. He could swap with the owner of the local Burger Bonanza and give himself a big raise before swapping back? Or heck, he could just stay as the owner and enjoy the life of a wealthy businessman? As Roy's mind wandered, he failed to watch where he was going as he navigated through the crowded parking lot of the apartment complex, and Roy wound up running smack into a stranger, causing the device to activate itself on both Roy and the person he had physically collided with just now.
