Roy walked behind his new family in awe. He was somehow seamlessly walking in Juanita's dress, looking at a family, who until moments ago, were practically strangers to him. As they reached the parking lot, Raoul unlocked a crappy looking minivan as the kids started to hop in. Roy looked to his left and saw the real Juanita Sanchez with his haircut, wearing his clothes, get into his car and drive away.
He thought about switching back, but he figured that with this device, he could do so whenever he wanted.
Roy climbed into the passenger side of the van and just stared ahead. The realization of the power he had finally hit him and he chuckled. Raoul mistook the laugh as a reaction to the kids and chuckled himself.
"Kids will be kids, won't they my little flower?" Raoul said in his soothing tone.
"Sí," Roy responded, half joking. Funnily for Roy, Raoul took the response fully seriously and began to back out of the parking lot. Roy had no idea where they were going and frankly he didn't care. He pulled down the sun visor and took a good look at himself. Roy thought he looked ridiculous.
It was his normal, ugly ass face, but heavily drenched in makeup. Lipstick, mascara, the whole nine yards. His hair was still its normal color, but somehow it was crazy curly and flowed past his shoulders. He looked down at his body and found he was even wearing a bra under his tight fitting dress, although it's not like it was really doing anything.
Roy had so many questions but no answers. He decided the best way to learn was with experimentation. He sneakily pulled the device from "his" purse, and started to think of who in the van he should swap the lives of; Roy chose....
