It wasn't long until Circe saw the plane coming into view. The plane was clearly in distress as it flew towards the tiny island, gliding closer and closer to the water. She watched in bated anticipation, potentially a whole plane full of new people to transform. Black smoke billowed out of one of engines of the small passenger plane as it got closer to the water.
Inside the plane, the Captain, Benjamin Walker, struggled to control the plane as it came in for a water landing. He made one last announcement over the loudspeakers for the passengers to brace for impact. The plane finally made contact with the water, roughly a 100 yards off the shore of the island. The plane skipped off the water a couple times until it finally settled, floating on the top of the surprisingly calm sea. He stood up and walked out of the cockpit, followed by his co-pilot, Susanna Nix.
It was a small plane, carrying no more than thirteen passengers. It was a small plane for tourists moving from one island to another. Among the passengers of this run were four college students, well off and kind of obnoxious, travelling on Spring Break. They went by the names of Justin, Will, Chris, and Marcus. Also travelling on the flight were a trio of older gentlemen, well into their thirties, having a Bachelor trip before one of them, Quentin, got married. Quentin’s friends, Jeremy and Aaron, were his Best Man and Groomsman. Also on the plane was a family of four touring the Southern parts of Europe. There was the father and mother, Phil and Maggie Anderson, and their two sons eldest son Nate, just turned sixteen, and younger son Eric, a couple years younger at the age of fourteen. Rounding out the group was a young married couple, Damon and his new wife Monica on their honeymoon.
The two flight attendants, Lucy and Samantha, opened the side door and helped each of the passengers to the door. Each one dove out of the plane and swam towards the island. Ben and Susanna were the last two off the plane, diving out just before the plane sank to the bottom of the sea. The group all swam their hardest and reached the shore a short time later. They found themselves greeted by a incredibly beautiful woman they would come to know as Circe as well as her assorted handmaidens. As each person stumbled onto the beach, they were surprised to find the island was populated. Each one of the stranded passengers greeted their apparent saviors with a strained by warm hello.
“My oh my! It was terrifying watching that plane crash! Is everyone alright? Everyone accounted for?”
Lucy, the senior flight attendant nodded after a quick glance over everyone on the beach. “Yes, thankfully we all made it.”
“Well, come on up. We have guest quarters for everyone. We can get you all dried off and fed.” Circe led the way as she secretly relished the fact that she had a plane load of new people to transform. She could hardly wait to get started as she pondered who to transform first. Regardless, she knew she would relish each and every one. Little did she know that one of her new quests, the teenage Nate, shared a similar affinity for humans transforming into animals. Unlike Circe though, he had no idea what lay ahead for their group of weary travelers.
Meanwhile, the four college students were practically drooling at the sight of Circe and her handmaidens and wanted nothing more than to get close to each of them. But, the question remained, who would be the first to fall to the magic of Circe and what would they become?
