Dan whimpered, watching the dark brown fur sprout from his arms. Before long it had covered the skin up to his shoulders. He looked back at his sister with pleading eyes as if to say "Don't do this to me!" but Kat just winked and said, "Nice coat!" It was starting to get hot under his shirt so he went ahead and took it off. He was startled by how much fur had spread down his chest. It was turning into a very coarse, even covering all around his abs.
Dan's lower spine cracked and surged, then a powerful feeling emanated from behind him. It rapidly turned into the sharp pinch of a tight wedgy, and Dan loud out a startled yelp. He forcefully jerked his pants down to let out the thick, muscular tail he now sported. It took him a moment to process this big new part of himself; he hadn't thought of dog tails as being all that long, but this new addition wasn't much shorter than the rest of his back. It didn't take long to notice that he could move it, either: down, up, left, right, round and round... this was really messing with his mind!
Dan felt his feet spasming, and his mounting terror made him whine and tuck his new tail tightly between his legs. He didn't have time to be embarassed that he had instinctively expressed his fear the same way a dog does. His eyes were locked tightly on his lengthening feet. They were getting longer and had thick stubby claws at the end of them. 'Oh shit, I'm naked,' he thought out loud, but there really wasn't much to see: a couple of brown furred pouches that looked hardly anything like his old private parts. 'I'm not going to be able to stand up much longer,' thought Dan, right before he toppled over onto all four paws. The feeling of his fleshy new pads underneath him was surreal!
Dan immediately tried to raise himself back upright, but it was no use. He couldn't stand on his back legs for more than a few seconds at a time. He had to stand there, reduced to the stance of an animal, while his face jutted out and his ears got big.
'I don't want paws,' thought Dan. 'I want my hands back. I wanna be back to normal!'
His ears were now hanging down over the sides face. He could move them, too, perking them up and down at will. It sure didn't make up for his fingers, though. His big new snout started picking up all kinds of new smells, and he got distracted a bit by the sensory overload. He barked into the air at a couple unknown sounds his new ears picked up. The last thing he noticed was most of the room's colors fading together into blue and a sort of dull, generalized color. That was it. Dan had to face the fact that he was now a dog.
Kat came over and put a collar around Dan's neck.
