Jeff hadn't used the Chronivac a ton since messing with Claire's libido. The rest of his classes he wasn't in a corner so someone could see him using it. Besides that making major edits to classmates could make goody two shoes Claire act significantly different. Sure in his own room at night he may have turned his body into a sexy bimbo, with absurd breasts and a giant squishy ass... however that was just assisted masturbation... Alright he also did a few things like cut off a little belly fat that had started accumulating, reduce the amount of body odor he emitted, and other slight bonuses such as not needing to shave. For the most part however he hadn't done anything too drastic for the long term.
With most things being normal that included Claire being a bit pushy to get them a little session in the library. "No, no, no! Hitler wasn't assassinated he committed suicide!" the nitpicky Claire clarified, "You did so well with most of the other things." The two of them were typing on their laptops, Claire bringing up sources and Jeff trying to make sense and put the information on slides in a semi-organized manner. Claire probably would've been more quiet in past iterations of the library, but thanks to a decent city budget the library had gotten renovated and got some closed rooms.
Jeff sighed and said "We've been at this for awhile. How about we take a small break? Can't go at 100% forever right?"
Claire sighed and said "Sure... I suppose I could use a small break. Let's give ourselves 10 minutes or so?" While Jeff was getting on reddit Claire had loaded up a music video whose sound blasted. Jeff wasn't sure what language it was, but he guessed it was some sort of J or K-pop boy band. Claire then panicked a bit turning down the volume her face a little flushed. Claire stared at Jeff who noticed as if to wonder "What the heck is he going to think of me?"
Jeff responded "So you like those girly asian boy bands. So what? My little sister can't get enough of them either." although he was thinking "A seventh of an unimaginable libido, and love of guys... Guess this is a good stepping stone."
Claire's blush fading said "Yes... girls seem to like them don't they?".
After finishing up the session it was getting late, and getting a text from his mom Jeff said "Going to grab something at McDonalds for dinner. Wanna come?" For sure he was curious how Claire was seeing him right now? As someone who wanted to be his friend?
Claire said "Haven't really gone to Mcdonalds. I guess it would be fine, but i'm not sure what i'd get." Turns out she got a medium quarter pounder meal. Jeff was chewing through his fries the moment he realized they were from a fresh batch. Claire asked "why so ravenous over some fries?"
Jeff said "They came right out of the fryers. That's when their the best and they didn't oversalt them either. Would be a waste to let them get cold."
nibbling a little on her fries Claire asked "So we're close to finishing. How about we finish up tomorrow?"
"Sounds good. Shouldn't take that long."
"So... do you know much about that local pigeon museum?"
Jeff arched his eyebrow and responded "I think I know a general idea of where it is. Why?"
"A friend of mine and I had planned a visit, but she had to cancel. I had a free ticket tomorrow so would you be interested in going after finishing up?"
Knowing what must've been changing in her mind Jeff was curious about how she'll act alone with a boy at a museum tomorrow, and also what the heck was in the pigeon museum.
